Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2017 – taking place from 6 to 10 March – celebrates the benefits apprenticeships bring to individual businesses and to the Scottish economy.

Organised by Skills Development Scotland (SDS), the nationwide campaign aims to encourage more employers to take on apprentices by showing how apprenticeships work for businesses and for the people who become apprentices.

SDS is calling on businesses, colleges, councils and training providers to take part the week and encourage more employers to take on apprentices by showcasing how apprenticeships have benefitted them.

The week sees events and activities across the country so there’s no better time to highlight your role in supporting apprenticeships.
