The first European fungi science open lab concept, providing hands-on knowledge and support to fungi startups in Scotland and around the world.

 

The workshop will be comprised of two separate modules – one on fungi cultivation (28 & 29 October), the other on fungi biomaterials (28-31 October).

 

Designed for farmers, gardeners, community developers, innovators, designers – anyone interested in developing sustainable solutions and circular economy projects involving soil, food, medicine and biomaterials creation from waste resources.

 

The workshops are being organised by the Green Grow Club, Glimps, The University of Aberdeen’s Rowett Institute, SEFARI, IbioIC and Permafungi.
